چکیده
A one hundred and twenty specimens (frozen chickens) were gathered from various companies sources at sites in Iraq. the aim of this study to detect virulence gene isolated Ecoli frozen chicken meat shops Iraq investigate distribution antibiotics resistance against papC E coli. The result shows that( n,%) 15, 45 ,33,100, 2,6 , 20, 60.6 26,78.7 % out 33 isolate positive for pap C gene, jutA neuC gene, jucD tsh respectively . There is significant relationship between brand market p-value < 0.05. Antibiotic pattern reveled that (Tetracycline, Trimethoprim, Levofloxacin,) had a larger percentage 60, 45% resistant antibiotics, whereas (Azetronam ,Tigecycline, Amikacin, Gentamicin Imipenem) higher 45, sensitive (ceftriaxone cefoxitin ) When it came intermediate, nitrofurntin highest (9.1%).

Distribution of virulence associated genes in isolated Escherichia coli from avian colibacillosis
BACKGROUND: Colibacillosis is one of the most prevalentdiseases in the world that causes multimillion-dollar annuallosses. OBJECTIVES: In order to evaluate molecular epidemiologyof some virulence associated factors in Escherichia coli, isolated from poultry, the presence of iut A, iss, hly F, omp T, iroN, afa, sfa (S)and pap G (II) were investigated by multiplex PCRassay. METHODS: Two hundred th...

A study on the presence of some potential virulence genes and quinolone resistance in avian pathogenic Escherichia coli isolated from chickens in Northeast of Iran
Background: Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC), which is the causative agent of colibacillosis, harbors several putative virulence genes. An important trait of APEC for both poultry and public health is antibiotic resistance. Objectives: In the present study, some potential virulence genes of APECs isolated from Northeast of Iran and their resistance to the quinolones antibiotics were stu...

Background: Campylobacter is recognized as a major cause of foodborne gastroenteritis in humans in many countries and may be transferred from animals to humans. The consumption of chicken meat is identified as a major cause of Campylobacter infection in humans. Aims: To find out the contamination rate of chicken meat with Campylobacter</em...
متن کاملFrequency of selected virulence-associated genes in intestinal and extra-intestinal Escherichia coli isolates from chicken
Background: Although Escherichia coli (E. coli)is a part of intestinal normal microflora of warm-blooded animals, includingpoultry, outbreaks occur in poultry raised below standard sanitation and duringthe course of respiratory or immunosuppressive diseases. Avian pathogenic E.coli (APEC) harbors several genes associated with virulence andpathogenicity. APEC strains are responsible for some dis...
